The actual idea for The Blossoms kicked off with our very first project—teaching English to children at a local orphanage. I honestly never imagined that first step would lead to something so much bigger, but that initial experience lit a fire, and The Blossoms just grew from there. As The Blossoms Organization's President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), I make strategies and new ideas, manage various operations, and coordinate efforts to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow while developing innovative solutions and assigning volunteers tasks depending on their skills. I am also interested in diverse fields as I am passionate about learning new things, a curiosity that fuels my approach to innovative problem-solving at The Blossoms. In addition, I created a unique volunteer recruitment program based on a volunteer's suggestion by integrating a strategic approach I developed. This enhanced program has significantly boosted our organization's popularity, attracting many talented individuals. Moreover, I established an innovative volunteer contribution model to ensure our financial stability. Volunteers make small, affordable payments aggregated to cover essential operational expenses, such as website maintenance and other organizational needs, resolving our previous financial issues. I feel a huge amount of pride when I think about this journey, the amazing team I worked with, and the legacy of learning and opportunity we built for so many. Seeing it grow from just an idea into a resource for the whole community really shows what's possible when people come together with passion.
